HAYAGRIWA WRATHFUL CEREMONY, RENO, NV MAY 2011

From May 19 to the 21st, 2011 we gathered in Padma Rigdzin Ling Buddhist Center to perform the Wrathful Puja of the Hayagriwa Yidam. Leaded by Ven. lama jigme Rinpoche, this Puja was done for the benefot of all sentient beings and to bring peace to the world.

TEACHING IN LAS VEGAS, NV

On December 27, 2010, Ven. Lama Jigme Rinpoche gave a teaching at the Lohan School of Kung Fu in Las Vegas, NV on the view of meditation and the benefit of understanding the Buddha Dharma.

THE CHENREZIG SANGHA

On November 14th, 2010, Ven. Lama Jigme opened the Chenrezig Sangha at the Zephyr Dharma Center in Susanville, California. The objective of this group is to develop a strong foundation of the knowledge of the Dharma, and continue from there to the more elaborated teachings.

APRIL 17th, 2010  CHERRY BLOSSOM FESTIVAL, SAN FRACISCO, CA

Lama Jigme Rinpoche was invited to give the initiation ceremony and blessing for the 42nd celebration of this Festival in San Francisco.  He gave the transmission of the Sakyamuni Buddha Mantra to all the people present in this ceremony and praised for the message of H.H. the Dalai Lama to be spread all over the world.

As per Lama Jigme Rinpoche, the Japanese tradition and the Tibetan tradition share the same Buddhist root.  This was the importance of his presence in this Japanese celebration.

APRIL 10th, 2010  2nd HAYAGRIWA EMPOWERMENT IN RENO, NEVADA

With his unique kindness, Lama Jigme Rinpoche gave the transmission of the Hayagriwa Practice to over 25 people at his house.  The Hayagriwa is a Yidam or tutelary deity which arises from the compassionate heart of Chenrezig, in order to defeat all beings’ negative emotions.

The Lama spoke about the importance of not clinging to one’s own suffering but understanding that every single being suffers also striving to be happy and succeed.

The Hayagriwa Torma is placed on the head of the participants in order to receive the blessing of the deity and to officialize the transmission of the Hayagriwa mantra.

TSOG AND RIGDZIN DUPA

The Tsog is the offering of all of our glories, treasures and fortune to Padmasambhava and All the Buddhas for the benefit of every being in suffering.

Lama Jigme Rinpoche guides us through the practice of the Rigdzin Dupa on this special day.  Through this practice we learn to welcome the blessing of Padmasambhava in our hearts, striving to be more enlghtened and compassionate human beings.

We all gathered to pray the Rigdzin Dupa, the essence of our tradition; at the end we share and enjoy the wonderful offerings that the Buddhas blessed for us.

TSA LUNG TRULKOR YOGA WORKSHOP

After having received the Empowerment of the Hayagriwa, we gathered with Lama Jigme Rinpoche every Saturday for about 2 months, learning about the wind channels and the benefit of cleaning them, according to the Tibetan Medicine Doctrine.  He explained in detail the 23 ancient movements of the Tibetan Yoga and it’s importance in our current lives.

On March 2oth, 2010, our last day of workshop, we all shared great food and excellent company with Lama Jigme Rinpoche and Prof. Herb LaGue.Very special moment!

HAYAGRIWA EMPOWERMENT

On November 7th, 2009, Lama Jigme Rinpoche transmitted the special “Empowerment of the Hayagriwa” at the Bushidokan Martial Arts Temple in Reno, Nevada.

This practice allows the student to gain a deeper understanding of the Tibetan Yoga and the functioning of the wind channels in the body.

It also protects us from the external negative influences and strengthen our mind, our body and our whole self. The Hayagriwa practice is transmitted by the Lama in order to spread peace, love and compassion to All beings.

Over 50 people gathered that Saturday afternoon to receive the teaching from Lama Jigme Rinpoche and appreciate this auspicious opportunity given only in rare occasions.  People from all ages and religious beliefs got together to receive this special empowerment!  Very joyful day!!
